MaxiLoda System Description

The system, simply put, consists of two horizontal rails fastened to the interior trailer van walls with an appropriate number of trolley support beams that run between the adjacent rails, and support palletized freight. The length of the system and number of trolleys required is flexible dependant upon the van length.

The system design is lightweight yet strong and durable and features a number of attributes that impart ease of use when deployed in combination with a reduction in space requirement for storage when not in use. The products are made of cast and machined aluminum and machined stainless steel components, all of which are engineered for superior performance and long life.

  1. BASE RAIL:  The trolley beams sit on the base rail when the MaxiLoda is functioning. Pallets are loaded onto them and they are moved backward and forward in the trailer body.

  2. SAFETY STATION:  The safety station acts as a safeguard to halt the trolley beam when assembling the trolleys or to rest the trolley beam when disassembling.

  3. STORAGE RAIL:  The storage rail is where the trolley beams are stored when the MaxiLoda is not in use, or when only some beams are required.

  4. TROLLEYS IN LOADED POSITION:  The trolley beams are assembled into the loaded position by joining one beam to another with a bracing bar. They are then a functioning trolley on the base rail.

  5. TROLLEYS IN STORAGE POSITION:  The trolleys are disassembled and moved back into the storage position as individual trolley beams. When all the beams are not in use the trailer body is free of obstruction.

MaxiLoda System Assembly:  ONE MAN + ONE MINUTE = MAXILODA™ Assembly

MaxiLodaTM is the only solution with a horizontal track upon which the pallets can be rolled quickly to position in the vans, affording savings in time and loading convenience. MaxiLodaTM allows for improved freight capacity, speed and ease in loading and unloading and reduced freight damage.

The key to quick turn around times is in the weight of the system which allows a “one man + one minute” assembly operation. Because the heaviest section is less than 18 lbs., assembling or de-assembling and stowing the system takes only one operator one minute to complete.

Another key to the quick turn around time is the movement of the light trolley beams through a fully enclosed track. The system is both safe and secure from theft.

The MaxiLoda Rotatable Boat Trailer

MaxiLoda Partnership Opportunity
MaxiLoda Corp. is seeking to establish a long term relationship with an OEM boat trailer manufacturer to contract manufacture, distribute, and develop the market potential of this exciting new technology. MaxiLoda owns the North American IP rights to this innovative system.  We are open for discussions on any form of partnership; a JV, license or other arrangement. Interested parties are invited to contact us with their proposals.

UNIQUE FUNCTIONALITY
A boat trailer designed to li and rotate the boat 360 degrees which allows for launching bow first.

A VARIETY OF DESIGN OPTIONS
The design is available in a manual version for smaller boats and fully automatic for larger boats up to 30'.

PATENT PENDING TECHNOLOGY
The product is patent pending in NA , with application for use in multiple trailer types—boat trailers, horse trailers etc.

BENEFITS ‐ ROTATING BOAT TRAILER
The boat owner now has a way to launch his boat bow first. In conditions on beach or ramp launches where surf or rough water causes traditional stern launched boats to take on water at the rear gunnels, the rotatable trailer provides the solution. In addition to better launch control, the trailer is designed to be reloaded without the necessity of reorienting the trailer bed.

A perfect solution for:
Recreational Boating Enthusiasts
Professional Fishermen
Coast Guard, Police & Navy applications.
