How it works
Quick and easy assembly - The trolleys are easy to assemble and when not in use, can be stowed out of the way at the top of the trailer. This flexibility means drivers can reorganise the system each and every trip, based on the requirements of the load. The support rails have a slim profile (20mm) so are non-intrusive.
Two-tonne load capacity - Once assembled the trolleys are designed to hold two, one-tonne pallets side by side. The width of trolleys can be adjusted to accommodate non-standard loads.
Secure locking function - When applied, this feature ensures trolleys remain securely fixed in position until the operator wants to adjust them.
Grooved face for extra grip - Small channels engraved into the top face of the trolleys provides additional grip for chilled or refrigerated goods.
Say goodbye to static framing systems; Maxiloda glide’s patented, floating trolley design gives you the flexibility to adjust to the changing needs of your customers. Engineered in New Zealand from high tensile aluminium and stainless steel, the system is built tough.
Ground-level loading (dock-way not required) - The manoeuvrable design of the trolleys now means double-stacked inventory can be fully loaded from ground level. Forklifts no longer need to enter the vehicle. Once the cargo has been placed on the trolley at the rear of the vehicle the operator can then push it by hand, the length of the trailer.
Innovative trolley system; The trolleys sit in a fixed rail system, which is permanently mounted to the sides of the trailer. The height and placement of the support rails can be customised at the time of installation. Once installed, the trolleys effortless glide up and down the rails, enabling one man-operation- even when fully loaded.
